With more than fifteen years of hands-on experience in executive search consulting acquired within large international firms such as Russell Reynolds, Simon Labonté has developed expertise in the recruitment of senior-level positions for mid-sized and large businesses with a nation-wide or international reach. He has played a part in successfully delivering numerous important recruitment assignments for clients from a wide range of industries, notably in the following fields: financial services, industrial, technology, retail, and consumer sectors.

Before joining the field of executive search, Simon held various digital marketing and e-commerce roles in large firm like Pratt & Whitney and Bell Canada.

Simon holds a Bachelor of Administration from HEC Montreal and a Master’s in management from the University of Sherbrooke.
